These terms apply to users of this website, wpcore.com, and the companion WordPress plugin available at http://wordpress.org/plugins/wpcore/. The gist of these terms is that Stueynet Inc., the company that owns WPCore.com, is not responsible for anything bad that happens as a result of your use of this service. The service and plugin were built so that they have an absolutely minimum impact on any WordPress site you install it on. So even if the WPCore.com service ceases to exist, this will not interrupt the operation of any WordPress site where the plugin is installed. However, Stueynet Inc. or anyone related to the company are not responsible for any damage that may arise as a result of using this website or the associated WordPress plugin.

Another important thing to note is that we do not provide any sort of guarantee of the site's uptime or usefulness. We want to provide the best possible service we can but we provide it with no warranty or guarantee of any kind. Basically this means use the service at your own risk.

Pro accounts

We offer an upgraded service called WPCore Pro. This service gives you additional features and limits on site usage. We do not provide any warranty for any of the services or added services provided with paid accounts. When you subscribe your credit card numbers never touch our server. Payments are processed by Stripe.com. Also because this is a digital service there are no refunds. You are welcome to cancel your subscription at any time and you will continue to have access until the last day that your payments have covered.

Grampa accounts

For our early adopters we have offered a free Pro account for life. This was for everyone who signed up for an account on or before August 31, 2014. This entitles registered users under this plan to all of the current features of the plan. It does not mean we cannot create a new and better plan in the future. We also reserve the right to change the features of the Pro plan for any Grampa (Grandfathered in) users without notice or consent of any kind.

Disclaimer

WPCore is provided “as is”. Stueynet Inc. and its suppliers and licensors hereby disclaim all warranties of any kind, express or implied, including, without limitation, the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Neither Stueynet Inc. nor its suppliers and licensors, makes any warranty that WPCore or it’s backups service will function or be error free or that access thereto will be continuous or uninterrupted. You’re use of WPCore is completely at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability

In no event will Stueynet Inc., or its suppliers or licensors, be liable with respect to any subject matter of this agreement under any contract, negligence, strict liability or other legal or equitable theory for: (i) any special, incidental or consequential damages; (ii) the cost of procurement for substitute products or services; (iii) for interruption of use or loss or corruption of data; or (iv) for any amounts that exceed the fees paid by you to Stueynet Inc. under this agreement during the twelve (12) month period prior to the cause of action. Stueynet Inc. shall have no liability for any failure or delay due to matters beyond their reasonable control. The foregoing shall not apply to the extent prohibited by applicable law.
